- Your submission does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important content. Do not assume that content submitted to Scribeza will be stored indefinitely or remain available.
7. AI-Generated Content and Outputs

7.1 Accuracy and Reliability

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using, publishing, distributing, or relying on them.
7.2 Human Review
You should exercise independent judgment when evaluating AI-generated material. Outputs involving legal, medical, financial, educational, employment, safety, or other consequential matters should be appropriately verified and, where necessary, reviewed by a qualified professional.
Code generated by AI should be tested, reviewed for security vulnerabilities, and evaluated before being deployed in a production environment.
7.3 Ownership and Usage Rights
Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and the terms of any relevant service providers, you may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
However, Scribeza does not guarantee that every output is eligible for copyright protection, exclusive ownership, or unrestricted commercial use.
AI-generated outputs may resemble content generated for other users or material already available elsewhere. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use requires permissions, attribution, licenses, or additional review.
7.4 No Guarantee of Exclusivity
Scribeza does not guarantee that outputs generated through the platform will be unique or unavailable to other users.
7.5 AI Model Training
The processing or use of User Content for AI model training or improvement depends on the applicable service configuration, provider terms, and permissions or choices presented to you.
Your submission of content does not by itself grant unrestricted rights to use that content for unrelated purposes.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Scribeza Property
The platform’s branding, logos, website design, interface, software, documentation, original materials, and other platform elements may be protected by intellectual property laws.

- Generated code will be secure, functional, or compatible with every environment.

- Every third-party service will remain available or operate without interruption.
- All errors or defects will be corrected within a particular timeframe.
You use the platform and rely on generated outputs at your own discretion and subject to the protections available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scribeza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or related to your use of the platform.
This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where permitted by applicable law, Scribeza’s total liability for claims arising from the services will be limited to the amount you paid directly for the relevant services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount otherwise required by applicable law.
If you use the platform without paying for a subscription, any applicable limitation will operate only to the extent permitted by law and will not remove rights that cannot be restricted.
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other matters for which liability cannot legally be limited.
17. Indemnification
